What the seal is worth in Argentina
The seal is a private RFC 3161 timestamp from two timestamp authorities. It is evidence that the bytes with that SHA-256 hash existed at the reported time.
A court can weigh it as a document. It does not, by itself, prove authorship, and it is not the copyright registration of the DNDA or a trademark registration at the INPI.
Anyone can check the hash on the public page /v/ and the hash on the file. If they match, the seal refers to that file.
