The service
YaEsMio issues a private RFC 3161 timestamp over a SHA-256 hash calculated on your device, and keeps the vault and a public verification page.
This seal is not a registration with the DNDA or the INPI, and it does not replace one. It shows that a file with that hash existed at the time the timestamp authority reports. It does not, by itself, prove who the author is. Authorship is what the account holder declared.
Account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password. The link expires in 15 minutes.
If Google sign-in is offered on iPhone, Sign in with Apple is offered as well.
You can delete the account in the app and from /borrar-cuenta.
Price and payment
The free plan includes 3 works per calendar month, a PDF certificate and a public verification page. The Pro plan, when billing opens, is ARS 4,900 per month or ARS 49,000 per year (2 months free). Peso prices are final, 21% VAT included. YaEsMio bills as a VAT-registered taxpayer (Responsable Inscripto). A Factura electrónica is issued for each payment. US dollar amounts (USD 5 / USD 49) are a reference only.
Card payment is not open yet. You can join the waitlist on /precios. When billing opens, a digital plan on the website is paid with Mercado Pago. Inside the App Store or Google Play app, a digital plan is paid with Apple or Google. The store app does not send you to Mercado Pago for that plan.
Official DNDA or INPI fees are paid by you to the official fund. YaEsMio does not ask for your Clave Fiscal.
Withdrawal and cancellation
For a distance purchase you can use the Botón de arrepentimiento on /arrepentimiento within 10 days. You receive a numbered confirmation.
You can cancel the paid plan on /baja without deleting the vault. If you subscribed in a store, you also cancel in that store's subscription settings.
Your works
You declare that you are the author or the holder and that the information is true. You are responsible for that declaration.
The public certificate says it is a private timestamp and that authorship is the one declared by the account holder.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Argentina. Consumer claims follow Law 24.240 and the rules of the Botón de arrepentimiento.
